North Carolina Man Reviews Arby's Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich. At Home He Adds More Brisket Making it the '2.0 Version'

A North Carolina man that makes brisket at home decides to review Arby's Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. When he gets home, he thinks some meat is missing so he decides to add some of his "fresh" brisket to the sandwich, making it the "2.0 version" of Arby's sandwich.

North Carolina Man Reviews Arby's Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich

Justin Chopelas from Harnett County, North Carolina goes to his local Arby's to review the Smokehouse brisket sandwich and posted his review on 10 June 2023 to his TikTok account: (@justinchopelas).

He said:

"Alright, today we're at Arby's, let's try out the Smokehouse brisket sandwich and see if their brisket compares to my brisket." -Justin Chopelas

He walks into Arby's and points at the Smokehouse brisket meal on the indoor menu signage.

When he gets inside his vehicle, he pops some fries in his mouth and says they are fresh and hot, saying, "Unless they are stale, you can't go wrong with Arby's fries." Then he drinks some Dr. Pepper after tasting the fries.

He opens up the sandwich and points out the nice bun with an "x" on top. He points out the barbecue sauce, the crispy onion inside the sandwich, and the cheese, but says, "We got a few pieces of brisket. It looks like it's missing some brisket. I can do something about that."

He pats the sandwich and takes it home.

At home, Justin has a plate of fresh brisket.

He said:

"Alright, let's just perform a little surgery. Move the bun. Let's go ahead and put some nice fresh piece of brisket on." (See picture below)

Justin Rates the Smokehouse Brisket (as it Came) '6 out of 10'

"A bite without the brisket added...too much bread. Alright, guys let's be honest, Arby's the last time I had the Smokehouse brisket sandwich there was twice as much meat in there, but either way, man when there's like a load of meat on these sandwiches, very good. They're very good sandwiches. This one was put together pretty good. It wasn't a bad sandwich...I'm gonna give this a 6 out of 10." -Justin Chopelas
