Head coach Mike Vrabel (2014-2017) and offensive coordinator Tim Kelly (2014-2019) each spent time alongside D-Hop in Houston while serving in multiple roles on the coaching staff. Hopkins would immediately become Tennessee’s top option at wide receiver, which isn’t saying much.
