The following qualifications are required for the position of Project Coordinator:

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a Related Field
- 3+ Years of Experience in Project Management or Coordination, Preferably in the Construction or Restoration Industry

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience in project management tools and software
- Experience in budgeting and scheduling
