The purpose of the expo is to discuss programs that can benefit you and your family. The Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC) has been invited to provide information about their:
Heater Hotline
Basic System Repair
The Adaptive Modification Program to assist homeowners with repairs and maintenance.
Other invited vendors will include ECA water heater replacement program and heater hotline; PHA to provide information on subsidized housing; and the Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania to discuss first-time home buyers and rental assistance programs.

CareerLink: employment and training opportunities
Community Behavioral Health: Resources for mental health and Wellness
Community Legal Services: Resources for eviction and mortgage foreclosure prevention (Summary about MV Realty, predatory realtors)
Office of Emergency Management: Support services for rehousing those impacted housing emergencies
Office of Homeless Services: provides homelessness prevention and diversion aid, as well as emergency and temporary housing
Register of Wills: review estate probate process
Philadelphia Housing Authority: Subsidized Housing program
Community Resource Corps: connects residents to essential City services and community resources
