Who Makes the Best Fried Saimin

What is fried saimin? It’s saimin without the soup; fry the cooked noodles and other ingredients in a pan or wok. Fried saimin is easy to make. Here are the ingredients.

Ingredients

• Saimin noodles
• Spam
• Carrots
• Eggs
• Green Onion
• Kamaboko (fish cake)
• or any other ingredients you want to use

Directions

Cook the noodles or get precooked noodles and set them aside before cooking the other ingredients in a pan with cooking oil. Cut the spam, carrots, green onions, and cooked scrambled eggs into thin slices. Next, fry the ingredients in the pan. Finally, add the fried noodles, shoyu, and salt to your liking. Fry the noodles and ingredients until it is mixed, and serve.

I’ve made fried saimin many times at home but also ordered fried saimin at many eateries.

Diners by Upscale Hawaii was the most recent restaurant I visited. Try their fried saimin with teri beef if you are in the area. All the other recent restaurants serve delicious fried saimin or noodles also.

Final Thought

Many more restaurants serve delicious fried saimin. It’s easy to make at home, but I’d much rather visit a take-out restaurant, order a fried saimin, enjoy the meal, and support a local restaurant business. Go and get your fried saimin today.
