DeSantis Drops Bombshell: Trump, Big Tech, and Biden Collusion

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis dropped a new bombshell insight into the Hunter Biden's laptop story.

He claims the agencies of the Trump administration "colluded" with Big Tech to hide a story about the information on Hunter Biden's laptop that was left at a Delaware repair shop.

During a hearing earlier this year, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee looked into Twitter's censorship of a story on the laptop.

Some Republican lawmakers contended that the FBI was involved and could have influenced the outcome of the 2020 election in favor of President Joe Biden.

Former Twitter executives have refuted claims that they were under pressure to censor the coverage from Democrats or law enforcement.

As GOP senators look into Hunter Biden's business contacts with China and Ukraine, the story about his laptop has become a talking issue for 2024 Republican hopefuls.

DeSantis said on Sunday that if elected, he will replace the leadership of the Department of Justice.

"That's the difference between me and Donald Trump. He says the jury is still out on FBI Director Wray. You need a new start on day one. We're going to clean house at the Department of Justice."

In Florida, DeSantis said, they have enacted legislation that forbids all state and local government employees from working with internet corporations that try to stifle the political speech of Americans. He promised to fire such people right away.

He said this nation's legal system would follow a single standard.

According to DeSantis, this situation calls for a focused and disciplined president.

The Florida governor is trailing former President Donald Trump in surveys for the 2024 battle for the White House.

A recent Fox News poll of Republican primary voters' preferences for the 2024 GOP presidential nominee DeSantis is polling at 22%, placing him second, while Trump received 56% of the vote.
