If would be nice if he would take care & provide maintains on what he had, there are issues with Goldenview foundation, snakes have been able to inter the building, due to foundation issues, also the sidewalk at the Demenica Ln side of building is unsafe, has orange cones around it, it would be nice if Goldenview met with handicap needs, such as ramps at dumpster, several seniors have fallen trying to get into them, main doors are hard for seniors to open & if you’re in a wheelchair forget it, your not going out without someone around to help!

These should be rent controlled apartments for seniors only & no public assistance clients!!!!!.
