    to be $80,000? Max would be with labor cleaning would take maybe 4 hours cuz it wasn't left in that bad of condition it actually looks like somebody went in there and just threw s*** around. the tubs don't need to be reconditioned toilet doesn't look like it needs to be replaced sink looks in great condition. counters look fine cupboards aren't broken discolored torn up so it looks fine walls again look fine Windows look fine. those are all high expense items that would need to be replaced but none of them look like that. honestly I believe they could fix that entire apartment back up for no more than $10,000. which I'm quite sure they had a percentage of that from all of the previous deposits and security deposits that set in a savings account and built up a equity. which I am 100% sure they did not return to the client or resident at any point in time.
