Maybe we should stop giving all the apartments to the junkies ruining all these brand new apartments. When there’s legit clean people struggling to find a place to live and help to get back on their feet. Maybe Ithaca and dss should get their shit together and prioritize who really needs help instead of handing out needles, syringes, pipes and whatever else to help supply and give them everything. Brand new apartments and buildings being trashed needles everywhere. Like wtf. I’m ashamed of Ithaca and Tompkins county. Which has been a part of my life my whole life.! This county has fallen apart and the county keeps letting this shit happen. We have tourists coming to see “beautiful” ithaca all the while they are walking by people in door ways and stuff smoking their crack, needles being left where ever. Someone needs to take action and take this shit seriously!!! Sorry not sorry!
