One of the many things that the Urban Oasis by Sahara Custom Homes boasts is, EXQUISITE modern luxury living — thus setting apart from most new builds in the area, and in Salt Lake City. A true masterclass in modern MINIMALIST design. Coming in at a little under 2,700sqft, the soon to be owner of this beauty will get to enjoy all 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. I will note that this home is not for sale, but if we were to put a price tag on it, it sits around the 1.9 Million range, maybe breaking into the 2 Million. This is truly a work of art leaning on the simplicity of Scandinavian design, full of neutral tones, designer features, high-quality finishes, with....my favorite - floating staircases, and something I failed to mention: Taj Mahal countertops. And talk about those full panel glass walls. In conclusion, my main standouts were definitely the gorgeous bathrooms, starting with the master bath...wow, I'm not one for baths, but if I was, the spa-like vibe is perfection.
