Mr. Poplin was charged with one count of Indecent Liberties with a Child and one count of Employing or permitting a Minor to Assist in Offensive or Obscene Material. Both charges are a felony. Mr. Poplin was placed in the Anson County Jail with a $20,000.00 secured bond.
