A popular sandwich shop chain is planning to open a new location in Middleburg Heights.

Do you like McAlister's Deli? If the answer is yes, you might want to know that the chain is opening a new location in Middleburg Heights. The new sandwich shop will be located at the corner of Pearl Road and West 130th Street (in the Pearl Crossings development, which is currently under construction).

No firm opening date for the new location has been announced yet as the location is still in the process of being built.

The sandwich shop's menu includes sandwiches such as McAlister's Club (which is served on wheat bread and comes with smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, sharp cheddar, Swiss, spring mix, tomato, mayo, and honey mustard), ham and cheese melt, French dip (which is served on a toasted baguette and comes with Black Angus roast beef, melted Swiss, and au jus), Reuben (which is served on marbled rye and comes with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and Thousand Island dressing), and more.

They also offer salads such as grilled chicken salad, chef salad, Caesar salad, southwest chicken and avocado salad, and more.

The chain is also known for their "giant spuds," which are big baked potatoes loaded with various toppings. You can get a chipotle chicken & bacon spud (which has grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar-jack, chipotle ranch, and green onions), veggie spud (which has spinach, broccoli, red onions, house-roasted multicolored peppers, and cheese dip), spud Max (which has ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar-jack, green onions, black olives, and sour cream), and more. You can also just get a plain baked potato with a side of sour cream.

In addition, they have soups like chicken and gnocchi, broccoli and cheddar, country potato, chicken tortilla, chili, and veggie chili.

If you want something to quench your thirst, the location will be, of course, offering the chain's signature sweet tea as well as lemonade, coffee, and soft drinks.

If you have room for something sweet, the chain offers desserts like lemon blueberry cookies, Oreo cheesecake, carrot cake, strawberry shortcake, chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and brownies.

If you want to check out the new location when it opens, you will be able to find it at the corner of Pearl Road and West 130th Street in Middleburg Heights in the upcoming Pearl Crossings development.

The new location is set to be open 7 days a week.
