  • Watch as I try a new recipe for an Italian Tuna Melt with some twists

This is a first time recipe for this Italian Tuna. I’ve tweaked the ingredients to include parmesan cheese and mozzarella for the melted top. I added tomatoes to the bottom of the toasted sandwich and of course there is no mayo in this. I used the juice from the hot pickles along with olive oil with added spices from the mozzarella balls that I added to the top. The usual additions of basil, garlic powder, celery, and some garlic pieces from the pickles were included. I believe you’ll enjoy it as I did once you try it. Buon Appetito!
