This Washington DC Hotel should not be skipped, especially if you are a History Buff!
We had the opportunity to stay at one of the most historic hotels in Washington DC, in which was in direct correlation to the Watergate Scandal with President Nixon in the 1970's. Don't miss out on getting a FREE tour of the Scandal Room before you leave the hotel. You will find 2 bar & lounges, in which one is on the rooftop, with a great view of the Potomac river. As a guest, you will have full (free) access to the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & gym. You will also get Free bottled water in the gym & your room, along with Free coffee every morning in the lobby. The hotel also has breakfast available & dinner, onsite, at Kingbird. The downside, you will have to pay $58 for parking (no self parking available) & a daily resort fee of $38.
