PrimeTravels - Hampton Inn Plattsburgh, New York - Full Room & Hotel Tour

We were heading north through New York and needed a place to stay so we tried the Hampton Inn in Plattsburgh, NY. This hotel was very clean and everything was great, except the customer service at check in. T is a Diamond Member with Hilton Honors and the clerk didn't even mention anything or offer any of the incentives for that status level. Also, just room keys were handed over with no information given as to location and hours of pool, exercise room or breakfast. Kind of disappointing on what would have been a perfect stay here! We forgot to shoot the Outro video for this so it ends abruptly. I spoke with the front desk at check out and mentioned the lack of acknowledgement by the evening check in clerk. The lady at the front desk gave us waters for the road, some snacks and even some cans of Coke! Now that was awesome!
