This article was writtem with the assistance of AI.

Goulash is a dish that originates from Hungary and is typically made with beef. It is a very hearty and filling dish, perfect for a cold winter day. The great thing about goulash is that it is very easy to make and can be made in a short amount of time. In this quick and easy recipe, we will be using beef, but you could also use chicken or pork if you prefer.

When I opened my cafe, people were always asking for Goulash. I scoured cookbooks and the internet. This recipe is easy, tasty and great for a quick dinner,

    1 Lb. Ground Beef
    1/2 Onion Sliced
    1/2 Bell Pepper Sliced
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Special Seasoning (recipe below)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 6 0z. can tomato paste
    1 cup macaroni
    1 1/2 cup water

    · Brown the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a saucepan or large skillet.

    · Add the seasonings, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, macaroni, and water stir together and cover.

    · Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes, add water as needed.

So easy and so good with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a slice of toasty garlic bread. Enjoy!!

    Special Seasoning Recipe
    2 parts salt.
    1 part ground pepper.
    1 part garlic powder.

Mix all ingredients together and put in a shaker. Use sparingly a little goes a long way.
