Friday the 13th Madness at Starlite Lounge

This coming Friday, rock fans will have the opportunity to party along with Lords of Van Buren, SHOWMEGOD, Serious Play, and RedRumed at the Starlite Lounge at 4346 West Olive Avenue in Glendale.

Meet the Bands

Lords of Van Buren is comprised of veteran Valley musicians who come together to “Bring Back Rock & Roll!” You can read more about Lords of Van Buren in on Newsbreak and on their Facebook page. Venue booking agents can connect with the band through Facebook.

RedRumed is a unique theatrical experience featuring vocalist Scott Rowe, with Matthew A Taylor on drums, Doc Tarantino on lead guitar, and Rob Erwin on bass guitar. RedRumed recently signed with Self Made Records and Earache Records Digital Distribution. Their new single, a cover of Amon Amarth’s Pursuit Of Vikings will be released in December, 2023.

SHOWMEGOD bills itself as “Greatest Industrial Heavy Metal Horror Show in the World.” They are a band for fans of horror and metal alike. The five member band started in Phoenix in 2014 with a theatrical flair inspired by the likes of Alice Cooper, Marilyn Manson, and Rob Zombie. Check out the band’s website for more information.

Serious Play describes themselves as an original classic-edged rock band featuring a male/female vocal duo. Follow Serious Play on Facebook, and check out some of the videos posted there.

Originally, Scott Rowe's Alice Cooper Tribute Show featuring Tulin Howey as Alice Cooper was scheduled to headline. However, the Alice Cooper Tribute has been cancelled due to an emergency. Watch for new dates for this highly popular tribute band.
