I went years ago for a masters degree and was able to put together all of my monetary needs for the year . I worked at work/study program, proctored National tests, was an RA which covered room/ board and half tuition, got a mortar board fellowship. Sold my car and took out a loan.Paying for the tuition is doable.I really don’t know about the education getting worse, but now57 years later I am very glad I went to Stanford.

Stanford University the bastion of worthless & brainwashed ideology which prevents free thought. How far Stanford has fallen. I don’t believe a damn thing coming out of Stanford anymore!
