    Fried Chicken With a Tangy Flavor

    I’ve been experimenting with ingredient combinations to cook chicken. Since I like cooking fried chicken, I thought I would try several combinations. The several combinations I tried earlier turned out okay, but today’s recipe turned out better than I expected. I call it Fried Chicken with a Tangy Flavor. There is probably a name for every recipe, but here is what I cooked today.

    Fried Chicken With a Tangy Flavor

    Ingredients

    • 4 pieces of boneless chicken thighs
    • Salt to taste
    • Ginger (shredded)
    • Yellow Mustard
    • Ketchup
    • Flour
    • Frying oil

    Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place the flour in a large zip-lock bag. Put the coated chicken pieces in the bag with flour to coat the chicken with flour. Heat the pan with cooking oil to medium-high, and cook the chicken until golden brown.

    Final Thoughts

    I cooked nothing else with the fried chicken but served them with a bowl of rice. I hope you like it.
