Berwick Lighthouse Festival - Berwick - November 2, 3, 4, 5
3300 Bellview Front Street
Held on the Berwick Riverfront near the Lighthouse, the 9th annual Berwick Lighthouse Festival features live music from local and regional artists, carnival rides, arts and crafts, tours of the Berwick Heritage Museum, Best of the Basin cookoff, Cypress Car Club show, a golf cart parade, and more.

Harvest Festival on False River - New Roads - November 3, 4, 5
Louisiana Swine Festival - Basile - November 3, 4, 5

A Greasy Pig Chase, a boudin eating contest, a pork cookoff, a hog calling, musical entertainment, and loads of fun highlight the La. Swine Festival this weekend.
Admission fees are:
Friday $5 for adults all day; Free for children until 5 PM
Saturday $10 for adults all day; $5 for children all day
Sunday $5 for adults and children all day
The Swine Festival mass will be celebrated from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Sunday at St. Augustine Church.
Louisiana Pecan Festival - Colfax - November 3, 4, 5

The 55th annual Louisiana Pecan Festival happens this weekend in Colfax. Attendants will be treated to a cooking contest, a blessing of the crops, musical entertainment, an antique tractor show, carnival rides, a street dance, a parade, fireworks, and more.
Hours are:
Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The festival is free and open to the public.
Giant Omelette Celebration - Abbeville - November 4 & 5
Magdalen Square
The 39th annual Giant Omelette Celebration takes place in Downtown Abbeville this weekend. The preparation of a 5,000-egg, 12-foot omelette will begin with a procession of chefs and eggs at 1:00 PM on Sunday.
The rest of the weekend will be filled with music, arts & crafts, games, a kids' world, an antique implement show, and lots of fun for the whole family.
Battle of the Bows Cajun Fiddle Competition - Jennings - November 4

The Battle of the Bows Cajun Fiddle Competition happens at the Historic Strand Theater this weekend. Categories include Youth, Junior, Adult, Senior, Professional, and Twin Fiddles.
Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for youngsters 13 to 20 and seniors 65 and up.
BBQ, Bourbon, and Blues Festival - Thibodaux - November 4

The first ever BBQ, Bourbon, and Blues Festival happens this weekend at the Warren J. Harang Municipal Auditorium. Guests can enjoy a selection of over 30 brands of whiskey, live music, and some of the best barbecue in the region. Lafourche ARC benefits from the proceeds.
Tickets are $10.
Louisiana Renaissance Festival - Hammond - November 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26 & December 2, 3, 9, 10

Louisiana Ren Fest begins this weekend. Shows, performers, food, medieval games and rides, shopping, food, libations, tarot reading, feasts, tastings, debauchery, and so much more fill this month long festival.
Tickets online cost $24.95 for adults and $12 for children ages 6 to 12, plus fees, taxes, and processing. At the gate, if tickets are still available, they cost $30 for adults and $15 for children ages 6 to 12, plus fees, taxes, and processing. Children younger than 6 are admitted free with an adult admission.

The Ozone Songwriter Festival gives performance access to the many singer-songwriters who pour their hearts into writing music but have limited availability to share their work.
Admission to the festival is free and open to the public. The Showcase Event happening on Friday is a ticketed event with a $60 general admission or $125 for the VIP experience.
