Plaquemine Parish Orange Festival - Buras - December 1, 2 & 3

Historic Fort Jackson on LA Highway 23 is the setting for the Plaquemine Parish Orange Festival. Carnival rides, Louisiana delicacies, and live entertainment are featured during this three-day festival.

Music will be provided by:

Contests include Shrimp Peeling, Shrimp De-heading, Catfish Skinning, Duck Calling, and Oyster Shucking.
