Revealing the State with the Lowest COVID-19 Vaccination Rates

    2023-12-26

Recently, the topic of COVID-19 vaccination has remained a critical issue in the United States. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been monitoring the vaccination status of Americans, especially with the introduction of the 2023/2024 updates from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Novavax.

As of December 10, only 33% of Americans are considered fully vaccinated based on these updated standards. This statistic is concerning, particularly in states like Arizona, where the vaccination rate is alarmingly low, at about 16.1%.

The situation becomes more pressing with the emergence of a new variant, JN. 1, a sub-variant of Omnicro. This variant has been responsible for over 40% of COVID-19 cases in the U.S. and is classified as a "variant of interest" by the World Health Organization (WHO). While it's not deemed more harmful than previous variants, its rapid spread is a cause for concern, especially as it could lead to a higher number of infections during the holiday season.

The disparity in vaccination rates across the U.S. is stark. While Arizona has the lowest rate, states like North Dakota have a vaccination rate of 58.8%. This difference is not just a matter of numbers but reflects a deeper issue within the country. The reasons for low vaccination rates, particularly in southern states, have been attributed to various factors, including political beliefs, safety concerns, and doubts about the efficacy of the vaccines. Whether these factors still influence the current vaccination rates is unclear, but the impact of these low rates is evident.

I think Arizona residents are just more educated in the reality of this issue.

Funny how they "report" Arizona as having a low vaccine rate, but they don't dare report how low our actual Covid infection rates are in comparison. That wouldn't fit their narrative.
