Officers reportedly located a small amount of suspected Fentanyl inside the vehicle. As a result, the driver, 34-year-old Douglas Howard of Plymouth, was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior conviction and possession of a narcotic drug.</p><p>Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.</p><p>Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.</p></div></body>
