The Supreme Court of the U.S. ordered Texas to permit federal border agents access to the Texas state border with Mexico, where the Texas governor's new laws have made the officials deploy miles of concertina wire on the wires.

Like any other country, the central government, as in this case, the federal government, has power over the military and internationally related areas.

Borders come under this; hence, the Supreme Court states that the Texas government has no responsibility or power over Borders.

Texas government had previously sued the federal government after Border patrol agents cut wires across the Texas-Mexico Border.

In recent times, Shelby Park in Eagle Pass has been the center of the deadlock situation between Texas and the federal government.

The constant cause of this war was the immigration laws and their strictness. And the recent new law introduced law over anti-immigration by Governor Abbott has fueled this fire further. Governor Abbott has increased security over the border by putting razor wires.

Spokesperson of Greg Abbott has said that the Biden Administration has been cutting the wries put by their government to stop illegal immigrants from entering the state.

The absence of such wires or other strategies to prevent illegal entry encourages people to take unsafe routes to enter the state. This has made the job of Texas National Guard soldiers more dangerous, difficult, and time-consuming.

The case against the federal government has been ongoing, and Governor Abbott plans to continue this fight for Texas property and to protect the border.

The White House, however, celebrated the current Supreme Court Order, which, according to them, addressed the urgent human welfare situation and enforcement of laws.

According to the Biden administration, the country needs more adequate resources and stronger human protection laws to deal with this current influx of migrants instead of shutting them off.

Until a reformed plan for migrants is formed, it is best not to forget basic human rights just because of land.

Texas holds the cards in this, what is Biden going to do have federal agents open fire Texas national guards? Order the US Army to over throw Texas? in an election tion year ? Biden has already lost this battle with Texas, maybe not in court but public opinion.
