    Ingredients:

    · 1 lb. Ground Beef

    · 1 tsp cumin

    · 1 10. Oz. Can Rotell

    · 1 15 oz. can Ranch Beans

    · 1 15 oz. can of Corn drained

    · 1 package jiffy cornbread mix

    · 1 egg

    · 1/3 cup milk

    · 1 ½ cup shredded cheese

    For added flavor chop one bell pepper and ½ onion to the ground beef.

    Directions:

    1. Brown the ground beef add cumin and stir together.

    2. In a 9x13” pan pour in the ranch beans, rotel, and corn. Spread the ground beef over the top.

    3. In a small bowl mix the cornbread mix, egg and milk stir until mixed and spread over the top of the beef mixture.

    4. Bake in a 350* oven for 35 minutes.

    5. When it has baked add cheese over the top and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

    6. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
