IICRC Certification (WRT or other)

Ability to manage complicated jobs and large loss equipment

Responsibilities of the Restoration Project Manager include overseeing manual labor required for mitigation, leading jobs from start to finish, setting up equipment, recording details, and managing crew leads and technicians on-site.

The position requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 60 lbs., working in various environments indoors and outdoors, and maintaining reliability and a strong work ethic. The schedule typically entails Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime likely required, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. On-call availability and weekend shifts are also necessary.
