The salutatorians are Toby Garrett and Cameron Murphy. The remaining top academic students are Skye Babb, Andy Blevins, Julie Lawson, Kaylin Shannon, Dinoa Valladares, Jessica Valladares and Jayden West.<figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=4YY3mc_0rI8IQkb00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=4YY3mc_0rI8IQkb00" width="867" height="1300" ></figure>Angel Elizabeth Cooper is the daughter of Charlie and Teresa Cooper of Oneida. She is a four-year member of the National Honor Society and FCCLA and a three-year member of the Highlander soccer team and Beta Club. She attends Black Oak Baptist Church. He is a four-year member of the Highlander football team and Highlander soccer team where he was recognized as a captain in both. He was also recognized as 1st team all-district, 1st team all-region, and District 4 Midfield Player of the Year for 2022 and 2023 in soccer. He is a three-year member of the Highlander track team and Beta Club and a two-year member of the Highlander basketball team. Hugo is also the leader of Prayer at the Flagpole and Worship Lunch at Scott High School. He enjoys preaching across Scott County. He was recognized as 2nd team all-district for two years in soccer, and honorable mention all-district in basketball. Toby is also a three-year member of the Beta Club, two-year member of the Highlander track team, and one-year member of Envirothon. He attends White Rock Baptist Church. He is a four -year member of the Highlander basketball team where he has been recognized as 1st team all-region, 1st team all-district, and awarded the Kenny Davis Classic Player of the Game. He is also a four-year member of the Highlander soccer team where he has been recognized as 1st team all-district. Skye is a three-year member of the Beta Club, two-year member of the Highlander track team, and one-year member of Envirothon. He also attends White Rock Baptist Church.
