    The following cases were disposed of during the Jan. 8 session of Davie Superior Court. Presiding: Judge Lori I. Hamilton. Prosecuting: Alan Martin, Marissa Parker and John Bandle, assistant DAs.

    – Adam Seth Andrson, habitual felon, 2 counts possession with intent to sell/deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, dismissed in the interest of justice.

    – Kevin Neal Arnette, habitual felon, obstruction of justice, sentenced to 67 to 93 months active, credit for 22 days, obtain substance abuse assessment, register as sex offender, submit DNA sample, $857 attorney fee; 2 counts failure to register as sex offender, dismissed.

    – Michael Shane Beaver, possession with intent to sell/deliver heroin, sentenced to six to 17 months, suspended 30 months, one day active-credit, submit to random drug screens for 12 months, TASC program, submit DNA sample, contraband ordered destroyed, cost, $695 attorney fee.

    – James Paul Carter, habitual felon, fleeing to elude arrest with vehicle, sentenced to 77 to 105 months active, credit for 2 days, obtain substance abuse and mental health assessments, have no contact with victim, $925 attorney fee; domestic violence protective order violation using deadly weapon, dismissed.

    – Matthew Cole Chapman, 2 counts felony probation violation, probation revoked, $335 attorney fee.

    – Christina Leann Coleman, probation violation, probation revoked, sentenced to 45 days-credit, $172.50 attorney fee.

    – Charles Robert Hall, felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance, dismissed.

    – Gilbert Alphonso Johnson, felony identity theft, sentenced to 20 to 33 months active to run concurrent with sentence serving, 143 days jail credit, obtain substance abuse assessment, $270 attorney fee.

    – Douglas Lee Little, felony probation violation, probation terminated unsuccessfully, $172.50 attorney fee; probation violation, dismissed.

    – Mark Kevin Livengood, possession of a firearm by a felon, dismissed.

    – Ronald Leonard-McKnight, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, sentenced to 10 to 21 months, suspended 30 months, one day active-credit, submit to random drug screens for 18 months, submit DNA sample, TASC program, evidence ordered destroyed, cost, $270 attorney fee.

    – Kevin Eugene Morrison Sr., possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to six to 17 months, suspended 24 months, 30 days active-credit, TASC program, submit to random drug screens for 12 months, cost, $595 attorney fee.

    – Michael Anthony Oliver, second degree kidnapping, reduced to felonious restraint, sentenced to 19 to 32 months, suspended 36 months, eight months active, obtain substance abuse and mental health assessments, have no contact with victim, submit DNA sample, cost, $725 attorney fee; communicating threats, sentenced to 120 days at expiration of previous sentence; assault by pointing a gun, dismissed.

    – Taylor Renee Patrie, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, sentenced to eight to 19 months, suspended 30 months, 60 days active-credit, submit to random drug screens for 12 months, TASC program, submit DNA sample, phone will not be returned to defendant, $595 attorney fee; possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, dismissed.

    – Cordell Lamonte Pressley, possession with intent to sell/deliver heroin, dismissed.

    – Nicholas Dean Shaw, felony probation violation out of county, probation terminated unsuccessfully, $205 attorney fee.

    – Joseph A. Spillman, second degree trespass, resisting public officer, dismissed; 2 counts interfering with jail/prison fire system, reduced to injury to real property, sentenced to time served, $400 attorney fee.

    – Donald Marc Thomason, breaking and/or entering, burning of uninhabited dwelling, dismissed; second degree arson, sentenced to 11 to 23 months active, credit for 329 days, obtain substance abuse and mental health assessments, $725 attorney fee.

    – Robert Carlos Umanzor, trafficking methamphetamine by transport, sentenced to 70 to 93 months active, credit for 265 days, submit DNA sample, $50,000, $1,146 attorney fee; trafficking methamphetamine by transport, reduced to possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, sentenced to five to 15 months at expiration of previous sentence.

    – Thomas Dwayne Underwood, felony larceny, reduced to felony attempted larceny, sentenced to five to 15 months active, credit for 180 days, have no contact with victim, do not be on premises of Tractor Supply post-release, obtain substance abuse assessment, $400 attorney fee.

    Failure to Appear

    – Christopher Dane Allred, possession of methamphetamine.

    – Steven Devon Cody, fleeing to elude arrest with vehicle, habitual felon.

    – Cedric Herman Jones Jr., possession of a firearm by a felon.

    – Jamie Bullabough White, felony probation violation.
