KATU 8 p.m.

This two-hour season premiere brings back the auditions that everyone loves to critique as judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan scour the country, looking for the next Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood among the sea of William Hungs.

The Equalizer

KOIN 8 p.m.

In this season premiere, Robyn McCall (Queen Latifah) tries to save her team who’s being held captive by Venezuelan rebels, thanks to McCall’s former best friend and CIA colleague, Michelle Chambers (Ilfenesh Hadera), who was thought to be dead.
