    That’s because half the buildings are falling apart and many of those buildings still have people living in them. It’s just sad!

    it's hard to find reasonable apartments in Syracuse New York they go according to your income a decent place to live. that's why so many people is homeless that really need a place but there's other people don't want to take care of place either. so you never won't have to charge a high rent but there are people who will keep your place decent it's not fair to them yes it's hard to find places Syracuse New York
