McFarland boys basketball wins on senior night against Columbus

Making 12 3-pointers, the McFarland boys basketball team enjoyed a strong night of shooting on senior night in a 68-54 win over Columbus on Monday, Feb. 19 at McFarland High School.

Senior Andrew Kelley shot 50% from the field, tying Peyton Powers of Columbus with a game-high 16 points. Senior Kaden Meinholdt made four 3’s to score 12 points.

Junior Hayden Harrison added three 3’s, finishing with 11 points. Freshman Eli Krueger also recorded 11 points, seven rebounds and three blocks.

Senior Braylan Roder contributed seven points and five rebounds, junior Ben Forbes totaled six points, junior Brady Ochalla recorded three points and senior Kaden Westphal added two points.

McFarland is 8-14 on the season and 6-7 in the Badger Small Conference.
