I wonder if they are going to charge the Trooper for improper storage of a firearm because a prohibited person got ahold of his gun

I had that dipshit in custody the last time he was in prison. He was a violent I/M who was always involved in prison gang violence and other threats to institutional security. I'm not at all surprised. Prison is barely even a punishment in this state. It's more of a getaway where the incarcerated learn to distill manipulation down to its purest form, and that as long as they scream, cry, and make threats, they will get whatever they want. It's pretty disgusting.
