Not all correctional officers sexually prey on inmates! There may be less than one percent all correctional officers that may cross the line, and trust me, they get rid of those individuals. Also, there is a lot of immoral acts taking place in these prisons by inmates. This really sounds like something performed by another inmate who may have strapped on a piece of a broom. It is so easy to tell a lie and it is believed by certain members of the community.

So what's the solution? Let all the inmates go? You have problems, maybe it's time to do better with quality of applicants and better living salary to attract individuals with moral integrity.
