Incumbent Calvin Martin wins re-election to Marengo County Commission, representing District 4

Incumbent Calvin Martin won re-election as the District 4 representative of the Marengo County Commission.

Martin faced three other challengers in the Democratic Primary on Tuesday and emerged victorious with nearly 63 percent of the votes cast.

Martin received 714 votes (62.91%). Patrick Price Sr. received 169 votes (14.89%), David Keith Bennett received 163 votes (14.36%) and Christopher Bouler received 89 votes (7.84%).

With no Republican Challenger, Martin won re-election to his position on the commission.
