KOIN 6 p.m.

Love him, loath him or find him somewhat benign, Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States, addresses the nation with his State of the Union. From inflation and infrastructure to healthcare and climate change, the U.S. has a lot on its plate.

Ghosts

KOIN 8:30 p.m.

The ghosts inhabiting Sam (Rose McIver) and Jay Arondekar’s (Utkarsh Ambudkar) bed and breakfast get extra rowdy when it comes to Halloween. This time around, their rowdiness somehow attracts a spectral houseguest that refuses to leave.
