Denham Springs and many places in Livingston are attractive to many cause the rural vives , calmness etc but is getting to the point that long time residents had enough with the nonsense, we been through a lot, first the roads are not for heavy traffic, 15 years back was easy to move from point one to point b , getting on interstate quickly, now I need I least 20 minutes to get out of Denham , specially in the morning or afternoon school, we flood every time we have heavy rain drains are not efficient, schools are not prepared for many new students, neither the school buses, this is not like Baton Rouge, four lanes road , an area that is prone to high traffic and is better prepared for it, at the end if it will become like the bigger cities it will be not worthy anymore, also Denham is a bird sanctuary is you didn’t know, with all your this massive constructions going around, where the sanctuary will go! Also crime and bad neighbors raising!
