There are many variables. For instance will you purchase your home and pay in full or have a payment to make? Will you pay the bond in full or make payments including interest and fees? Will you hire your lawn care done or will you do it yourself? How much will you spend a month or going out to dinner/lunch? Will you join social clubs that have a yearly dues? Home owners insurance tends to be more in Florida than in some other areas. Our car insurance went up when we moved here. The list goes on and on. For some moving here is much less expensive than where they moved from and for others it is more.
