Diamond Bakery has been a mainstay in Hawaii since 1921. Three Japanese immigrants founded the company, named after its original location. The business is impressive because it has withstood the test of time. The company has since relocated to its current Kalihi location.

Diamond Bakery has sold crackers, cookies, and other products on Hawaii grocery store shelves for over one hundred years. It has also expanded its business worldwide. In 2023, Diamond Bakery started its fundraising program to help non-profit organizations raise funds.
