Didn’t need to spend all that kind of money to do a study. That is totally outrageous. By going over City records, you can tell what properties don’t have utilities hooked up, which property owed lots of taxes on & that information is right there at their hands. Instead of form a subcommittee for affordable housing to help make affordable housing available to the people in Wildwood .Also by accessing from the police department, any calls they may have had to abandon dwellings or problem dwellings should be easy to get a hold of.Wildwood could ( can’t remember if they have it in place already) like mentioned above have a housing committee ( or whatever they choose to call it) take the information I mentioned above to see what can be done to bring affordable housing to the town. Gee all that money saved on not paying an outside company could be put into remodeling existing housing. Helping improve both good & bad areas of town. Just a thought.
