More housing is Great! The only draw back is developers get a 30 yr abatement.All taxes get passed on to the residents of that community .We are already dealing with a "Salt Tax".Then add higher school and general taxes It.makes it unaffordable for the present residents. Why should I be burdened with higher taxes cause you want affordable housing? There need to be a middle of the road where it is fair to taxpaying citizen who own homes
