Unions help many non-union workers too.I worked for a big non-union company for years, the only reason they gave their us workers any real benefits with a pension, was their concern we would become unionized not because of company had a big heart. When union companies decreased, they cut back on our benefits. Right to Work weakens the unions ability to protect the workers safety, benefits or wages.

unfortunately I am a member of one of these worthless unions that represents drivers very poorly. it used to be better than this years ago all our fat worthless business rep cares about is getting enough new members to keep his ponzi scheme going. I was forced to join the union when I started 18 years ago . now in order to leave I have to send to certified letters that must be received by 2 different people in a four day window. I see now why Hoffa got what he got.
