They will go for the sweep on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.FRIDAY NIGHT UPDATE: ECU got another strong outing from Trey Yesavage and a big offensive performance with a 17-run outburst to win 17-3 over Columbia to open the weekend series.The East Carolina baseball team will try to build on its four-game winning streak when it returns to Clark-LeClair Stadium to face Columbia this weekend inside Clark-LeClair Stadium. The schedule for the weekend is as follows: Friday at 6 p.m. ET, Saturday at 4 o'clock, and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. to round out the series. ECU, ranked as high as 11th nationally, comes in at 11-4 on the season and with winning weekends in all four weeks of the season to this point, sweeping Rider, taking two-of-three from North Carolina, winning two of three at the Keith LeClair Classic, and sweeping Liberty on the road.Columbia, from the Ivy League, comes in at 3-8, having faced a brutal early-season schedule.
