Gerry Turner and Theresa going strong as Golden Bachelor couple share new photos

The Golden Bachelor 's Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist have provided an update for fans as they prove they're still going strong as a couple.

Fans of the hit senior dating show saw the golden couple tie the knot back in January and since then they have been out living life in the real world and making the most of their time together. While there have been rumors circulating that the pair had hit a rough patch in their romance with no updates as a couple over the last few weeks, they have now put those to bed with a fresh batch of snaps together.

Gerry posted the carousel of pictures to his Instagram page as he and Theresa stepped out to watch his beloved granddaughter play volleyball. She was taking part in a tournament at the Indianapolis Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Gerry proudly shared several photos of him and Theresa posing for selfies alongside sports-loving Char, as well as a individual pictures of her in action in the tournament. He captioned the upload: "What better way to spend a Saturday than watching your granddaughter play volleyball with Theresa and all the family."

Delighted fans rushed to comment on the post and send their well-wishes to the pair and their family. One wrote: “So happy to see you guys again. It gives all of us golden kids hope!” Another added: “Aww, family photo. You and Theresa look so happy.” Bachelor host Jesse Palmer joined in the praise as he commented: “So great!!!!”

A fourth social media user commented: "Thank you for the post, great to see you all again! So happy!" A fifth shared: "Beautiful pics, what more can u ask for, an enjoyable afternoon with the families."

The outing comes after Gerry came under fire for a recent visit to a nursing home where he uploaded an array of photos posing with residents and claimed he had "brought smiles to 35 faces that haven’t seen a good day in years." Fans of the former restaurant owner were shocked by the comment and slammed him for his alleged arrogance.

One outraged follower said: "'It brought smiles to 35 faces that haven’t seen a good day in years'? Are you kidding me? How pompous of you to say that. Who do you think you are! Remember that you aren’t much younger than these lovely ladies. Celebrity has gone to your head!"

A second echoed the feeling commenting: "While it was a very kind thing that you visited these wonderful people, your post is an insult to the staff and the facility.
