Challis School District has a history of this kind of bullshit in their special ed program. I had one of their untrained special ed so-called teacher tell me she would kick my kid out of spec-ed if I reported her I recorded the conversation and turned in transcript to the principal who claim she took it to the superintendent but nothing happened to the teacher. eventually, we moved to a different district to finish school
