He needs to be fired with no payout! The town should not have to pay the rest of his contract if he resigns or gets removed. They are already paying another prior superintendents salary of over 100,000 a year till the end of her contract. Then there’s the issue of NO educators are going to want to get a job in the district. They’ll be worried about getting fired. The should also remove the board member whose daughter is the one who reported this - yet she wasn’t in the room when it allegedly happened. She told her mom (another school employee) and her dad - a board member. The parents should be removed for causing all this unnecessary drama
