I know this guy personally I went to school high school with him and he never seemed like a bad guy. Did well l and seemed to have good grades and be on the right track. I don’t know how he got here from there but either way he still has time to change himself around.

That's not a deal in Florida, because probation in this state set up for the offender to fail. thinks he's avoiding prison, come here on vacation leave on probation, and come back on a violation. the nature of his charges one slip up and he's DOC bound anyway. that deal he took is just a delayed prison sentence.
