If they are doing the job that they were hired to do, and meeting the needs of the employer, then they are no different than any other employee. They should receive the same wages and compensation as other employees, and not be discriminated against because of their disability.

If they need more supervision and assistance I agree they need to be paid less. Why pay them if they are not able to do the job at hand
