Noah Kahan celebrates 'Stick Season' on 'Sesame Street,' with a stick of course

The GRAMMY-nominee revealed he’ll appear in an episode of the show’s 55th season with a post on social media this week. Alongside photos with Sesame Street favorites like Cookie Monster and Elmo, Kahan shared the experience was “one of the best days of [his] life.”

“Elmo loves you, Mr. Noah!” the famous character wrote on Kahan’s post. “Please come visit Sesame Street again soon!”

A clip shared by Sesame Street gave a little more context for the episode Kahan will be on, and by the looks of it, he befriends a stick — clearly a playful nod to his 2024 album, Stick Season.

“Everyone’s always talking about leaves, leaves, leaves, but now, sticks have finally made it” the stick character expresses, referring to the album title and top 10 hit. “I love Sesame, but it’s the season of the sticks,” Kahan sings.

The 55th season of Sesame Street , including Kahan’s episode, is scheduled to air this fall.
