    IMO if they are considered a school in this state then the students should be required to take the state tests just like every other student of those grades in this state. Just because the schools don’t have enough staff certified to give those tests is not a valid argument, they’ve known all school year if they had enough staff or not. I honestly think that if a school wants to open they should have to meet that requirement before they’re allowed to open. This is just my opinion as I stated in the beginning.
