I'm against limits on use. let them rent as much as they want. that rental in no way is going to help the local rental market. just Levy a substantial tax. 10 to 20% that is dedicated to long term rentals for locals. either new building or to purchase units good for long term rentals close to town...I think limiting the days of rental serves no positive results.
